Jimzel Software traces its roots back to 1989, when our journey began at Accounting Software Consultants Int’l., Inc. (ASCII). From a small office, we grew into a larger space, which you can see in these photos, working with passionate people who shared our vision of using technology to simplify and empower businesses.
Those years at ASCII shaped our expertise and values of commitment, innovation, and lasting solutions. At that time, Jimmy B. Dagum, CPA served as President, and Lyzelle Equina-Dagum as Vice President. Today, they continue that legacy as CEO and COO of Jimzel Software, creating solutions that are Powerful, Simple, and Easy to Use.

Executive Leaders
Jimmy, CEO and Founder of JimZel Software, brings extensive experience from his early career as an Auditor at SGV & Co., CPAs (Ernst & Young Philippines) and later as CFO of a tertiary hospital. In 1989, he founded Accounting Software Consultants Int’l., Inc., and has since developed software across DOS, Windows, and web platforms, consistently updating his products with modern technologies. His IT background also includes consulting for Fortune 500 companies such as Federal Express, American Express, and UNISYS. His diverse expertise and commitment to innovation continue to drive JimZel Software forward.
Lyzelle Dagum
COO/Co-Founder
Lyzelle is the COO and Co-Founder of JimZel Software, where she oversees Global Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Employee Success, and Business Technology, driving company strategy and global transformation initiatives for efficiency and growth. Previously, she served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Accounting Software Consultants Int’l., Inc., managing daily operations and ensuring alignment with client, employee, and organizational needs. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, she brings strong analytical skills, deep industry knowledge, and a results-driven approach that continues to support JimZel Software’s success.
John Equina, MBA, CPA
Director
John is a Certified Public Accountant in California and the Philippines with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Commerce, Accounting, from San Beda University. He currently serves as Director of Finance in Risk Control at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the largest municipal utility in the United States, and is a valuable contributor to JimZel Software’s financial and strategic initiatives.
Nannette DiMascio
Chief Strategy Officer
Nannette DiMascio is Chief Strategy Officer at JimZel Software, where she shapes strategic direction, drives operational excellence, and fosters innovative growth initiatives. She leads process optimization, workflow enhancement, and marketing strategies that boost client engagement, integrating technology with operations for impactful results. With prior leadership experience in outreach and team management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nannette brings a unique blend of strategic insight, leadership, and innovation to support the company’s growth.
Jimmy Dagum, Jr.
Chief Technology Officer
Jimmy E. Dagum, Jr. serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Jimzel Software, providing strategic leadership across software development, cloud infrastructure, and technical operations. He oversees the design, development, and maintenance of Jimzel Software’s client-facing platforms, ensures secure and scalable cloud environments, and drives system reliability and performance. As CTO, he leads data security and compliance initiatives while directing technical support operations to deliver seamless IT services for both internal teams and clients, playing a critical role in the company’s technology excellence and long-term innovation.
Claire Abrian
CFO-Philippines
Claire Abrian is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Philippines at JimZel Software and has been with the company since its founding in 1989 (originally Accounting Software Consultants Int’l., Inc.). With over three decades of experience in accounting and financial management, she has been instrumental in the company’s financial growth, stability, and strategic direction. Known for her integrity, accuracy, and expertise in accounting systems, budgeting, and auditing, Claire is a highly valued contributor to JimZel Software’s success and sustainability.
Nathan Dagum
Sales & Marketing
Nathan, Sales & Marketing Officer at JimZel Software, plays a key role in driving the company’s global marketing efforts and building a strong brand presence. He develops and implements strategic marketing plans, oversees campaigns, and ensures alignment with company goals, while monitoring market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine strategies. Nathan’s efforts are crucial in generating customer demand and supporting JimZel Software’s growth worldwide.
Bragdish Ramachandran
Director
Bragdish is an accomplished Engineering Director skilled at building and leading high-performing teams to deliver scalable, robust, and high-quality products on time and within budget, while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
