Executive Leaders
Jimmy is the Founder and CEO of Jimzel Software, bringing nearly four decades of experience in software, finance, and technology. He began his career as an Auditor at SGV & Co., CPAs, a member firm of Ernst & Young, and later served as CFO of a tertiary hospital. In 1989, he founded Accounting Software Consultants Int’l., Inc. (ASCII), where he began developing business software across DOS, Windows, and web platforms, continuously evolving his products with changing technologies. His experience also includes consulting for Fortune 500 companies, including Federal Express, American Express, and UNISYS. Today, he continues to lead Jimzel Software’s product vision, innovation, and long-term growth.
Lyzelle Dagum
Co-Founder & COO
Lyzelle is the Co-Founder and COO of Jimzel Software, where she oversees Global Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Employee Success, and Business Technology, while helping drive company strategy, operational efficiency, and global growth. Previously, she served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Accounting Software Consultants Int’l., Inc., overseeing daily operations and helping align client, employee, financial, and organizational priorities. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, she brings strong analytical skills, extensive software-industry experience, and a results-driven approach to Jimzel Software’s continued growth and success.
John Equina, MBA, CPA
Director
John is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and the Philippines with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and financial management. He earned his MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from San Beda University. He currently serves as Director of Finance in Risk Control at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, one of the largest municipal utilities in the United States. At Jimzel Software, he contributes his extensive financial expertise to the company’s financial strategy, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives.
Nannette DiMascio
Director
Nannette DiMascio is a Director at Jimzel Software with more than 20 years of experience in business operations, financial management, client service, and team leadership. She also operates DiMascio Bookkeeping, providing bookkeeping and financial management services to businesses and professionals. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Nannette brings a valuable combination of financial expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and practical business insight to Jimzel Software’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Jimmy Dagum, Jr.
Chief Technology Officer
Jimmy E. Dagum, Jr. serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Jimzel Software, providing strategic leadership across software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical operations. A Software Engineering graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), he leads the design, development, and maintenance of Jimzel Software’s platforms with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, and performance. He also oversees data security, compliance, and technical support initiatives, helping drive innovation, operational excellence, and the company’s long-term technology strategy.
Claire Abrian
CFO-Philippines
Claire Abrian serves as Chief Financial Officer – Philippines at Jimzel Software, bringing more than three decades of experience in accounting and financial management, including earlier work with Accounting Software Consultants Int’l., Inc. (ASCII). Her background spans accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and business administration. At Jimzel Software, she oversees financial management for the company’s Philippine operations and supports sound financial planning, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Nathan Dagum
Chief Marketing Officer
Nathan Dagum serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Jimzel Software, leading the company’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and market expansion initiatives. He oversees strategic marketing programs designed to strengthen brand visibility, support customer engagement, and grow adoption of Jimzel Software’s solutions across international markets. Working closely with executive leadership, Nathan helps align marketing initiatives with the company’s long-term growth strategy through market insights, strategic partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
Kayzelle Dagum
Chief Innovation Officer
Kayzelle Dagum serves as Chief Innovation Officer of Jimzel Software and is a graduating student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she is completing her Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Engineering and Design. She brings experience in web development, digital design, and production technology gained through software projects and her internship at Allegiant Stadium. At Jimzel Software, Kayzelle supports innovation initiatives, explores emerging technologies, and contributes creative and technical perspectives that help advance the company’s products and long-term growth.
